Membership Types

• Professional Member / voting rights: A Licensed Mortgage Broker or Designated Indifidual (typically an owner or manager). Limit one per company.
  
  
• Associate Member / non-voting: Additional Licensed Mortgage Brokers, Co-Owners, Branch Managers, Loan Originators, or Processors, as well as any other licensed or non-licensed employee of a bank, credit union or mortgage brokerage.
  
  
• Affiliate Member / non-voting: Industry-related person supporting SDAMP (typically realtors, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents, developers, builders, etc.)
  
  
• Lender Affiliate Member / non-voting: Licensed Wholesale Mortgage Lender or Designated Individual (typically account managers or account executives working between wholesale lenders and retail mortgage origination sources.

Your order will be processed directly through the National Association fo Mortgage Brokers and the state portian of the dues will be transferred to the local level.
